AMC BENELLI offers maintenance packages that may include:

Unused services cannot be carried forward after AMC expiry unless otherwise specified.

Customers agree to:

Follow manufacturer-recommended operating guidelines.
Present the vehicle for scheduled inspections and maintenance.
Inform AMC BENELLI of any significant vehicle modifications.
Failure to provide accurate information may affect service eligibility.
All AMC fees must be paid in full before activation unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to applicable taxes.
AMC BENELLI reserves the right to revise pricing for future AMC plans.
Once an AMC subscription has been confirmed and activated, it is generally non-refundable.
Refund requests, if permitted under applicable law, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
AMC BENELLI reserves the right to cancel a subscription if fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of these Terms is detected.
AMC plans do not cover:
Accident-related repairs.
Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
Consumables unless specifically included in the AMC package.
Services performed by unauthorized service providers.
Any items explicitly excluded in the selected AMC plan.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AMC BENELLI shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of income, profits, or business opportunities.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Mechanical failures resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
